Refund policy

EXCHANGES:

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service, and always strive to resolve any concerns on a mutually respectful and amicable manner. We understand that there will be times when our customers are not completely satisfied with a purchase. Therefore, we are happy to offer an  Exchange Policy.

All items (except those listed below under condition #4) are eligible to be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. We do require that the following conditions are followed and met for ALL Exchanges:

1) Please contact us to initiate your exchange at rainbowfrogboutique@gmail.com before attempting to send any items back.

2) Items for exchange must have original tags still attached, and be unworn/unused. Any clothing that has been worn will NOT be accepted for exchange. 

3) Please note, we ship from an odorless, smoke and pet free environment, and respectfully request any returns to meet these same conditions. Any items that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted for exchange.

4) We will NOT accept exchanges on JEWELRY, SHOES, SALE/CLEARANCE, FOOD/BEVERAGE or SPECIAL ORDER/PRE-ORDER Items. These items will be considered FINAL SALE and are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception to this rule is in the situation there is a manufacturers defect.  Photos of the damage must be sent to the same email listed above. Special Orders and Pre-Orders are eligible for Exchange/Store Credit ONLY within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are solely the responsibility of the customer, unless a manufacturer defect is the reason for return.
